The SYNOflex epoxy powder coated body is specified by GSK (the Quality Association for the Heavy Duty Corrosion Protection of Powder Coated Valves and Fittings) and provides exceptional corrosion protection for superior longevity. Bolts, nuts, washers and locking pistons are all made from A4 high-grade stainless steel.
The SYNOflex quick-clamp lug was adapted to the system to ensure a quick and easy pairing between the grip ring and the pipe. The SYNOflex bolt anchor creates effortless nut tightening that can even be done by hand while the Molybdenum coated bolts counteract friction with the nut for easy smooth assembly.

Flexibility & versatility are the key fundamentals behind the SYNOflex design. The 4-degree angular deflection tolerance at either end of the coupling means easy adaption to services that may have lost shape or occur close to a slight bend. The Molybdenum coated bolts can be inserted on the inner OR outer side of the seal-clamp making for hassle free installation in tight working spaces.
